Tell me Your thoughts

I get a lot of inspiration from songs playing on the radio in my car as I drive around…I’ve been known to sing out loud in my car…. Don’t ask my kids about it, it was very embarrassing for them!

The band Dishwalla, performed a song titled, "Tell me all your thoughts on God…”

The chorus goes:
"Tell me all your thoughts on God.
'Cause I would really like to meet her
And ask her why we're who we are, tell
And tell me all your thoughts on God.
'Cause I am on my way to see her
So tell me am I very far
Am I very far now, am I very far now, am I very far now?
Tell me all your thoughts on God."

I remember when I went into the public practice of Christian Science, I was asked WHY? Why did I want to do this? Why take this career path?

And what came was “I want to understand God, truth and reality, and this is the best way for me.

I want to know God, good and experience good –  I want to know the truth. I want to know real Love. The Love that is divine. All embracing. Unconditional.

I’ve had people tell me I’m an optimist.
And negative people tell me that they’re just being “realists.”
Maybe a realist from a material standpoint.

I want to be a “realist” from a spiritual standpoint.

I’m right there with Einstein, when he said  “I want to know the thoughts of God, the rest are details.”  I say, from what I’ve learned from Christian Science, “I want to know the thoughts of God,…" the rest is nothing.
